Preface

The lack of a consistent mandate for building information modelling (BIM) in Canada has led to varying construction building risks and potential loss of asset and time. Davina BIM Tech Inc. (‘DBT’) offers the general features of an intelligent project and document management BIM software, and an extensive AI-analysis of construction risks based on IoT cloud-based monitoring of sensors that transmit real-time information on a structural member’s stress, cracks, vibrations during construction phase.
